As a Business Development Executive at EITS, you will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You'll work closely with the marketing, product, and leadership teams to pitch our services and convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and inbound leads
• Understand client needs and present tailored software development solutions
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and project timelines
• Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Research industry trends and competitors to identify growth strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B or B2C business development or IT sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of mobile apps, websites, and software services
